License & devices
The purchase covers the standalone offer, not shared team access. Permitted installations, activation, offline use, computer transfers and access recovery are still being finalized.
Updates
Security patches and bug-fix updates released within 12 months of purchase are included. Access to updates released after that first year is undecided. Continued use of your purchased version does not require renewal. Lifetime updates and future major versions are not promised.
Support
Unlimited personal email support is not included. Purchase-access help, issue-reporting procedures and any optional personal assistance need a defined scope before release.
Refunds & order changes
Refund procedures and channel-specific terms for website and Etsy purchases remain to be finalized, including how refunds affect activation, downloads and update access. Final terms and applicable rights must be available before payment.
Privacy & online services
Company workspace data is stored locally. The online portal handles purchase verification, customer access and authorized downloads. Confirmed data flows, service providers, diagnostics, retention and privacy choices require final documentation before release.
